UV Bulb Replacement Made Simple
The SOTO-X uses a high-performance 16" UV-C lamp with a lifespan of up to 8,000 hours (about one year of continuous use). Once the lamp reaches the end of its effective life, the Remaining Time Indicator on the control panel will blink to remind you it’s time for a replacement.

Replacing the bulb is quick and hassle-free thanks to the quick-change adaptor. You won’t need to remove the entire unit—simply follow the replacement steps in our guide or video tutorial, and you’ll have your new bulb installed in just a few minutes.

For best performance, we recommend replacing the UV-C lamp once a year, even if the light is still glowing, since its effectiveness in neutralizing airborne pollutants gradually decreases over time.
