HEPAs capture particulate pollution (things like PM2.5, PM10 and pollen). Carbon filters get VOCs. These are hazardous gases that normally pass right through a HEPA. As always, we’ve tested these filters, and all the data is available online.

    We process and ship orders 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Since we are closed on the weekends, Saturdays and Sundays, and national Canada holidays, we don't process or ship orders during those times. For example, if you placed your order on Friday evening, it will not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
